un pomeriggio d'agosto

Non può esserci un'estate senza la voglia di rileggere "Carmilla" di Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu, forse per me è un'antidoto contro il caldo e le lunghe ore del pomeriggio..
Quelle ore del giorno con le imposte chiuse e silenzio...

There can not be a summer without the urge to re-read "Carmilla" by Joseph Sheridan Le Fanu, perhaps for me is an antidote against the heat and the long hours of the afternoon ..
Those hours of the day with the windows closed and the silence around, a book, a dress sewn by my grandmother, the music of the genres most 'disparate provided  good music, and the hunger for something of a mystery that fascinates and frightens! This is something that I love summer, the need chills, thanks to the vampire books and horror movies, perhaps with Barbara Steele, who my new hat would be fine!
