swing manouche a Carghjese

Il nostro secondo giorno sotto il cielo della Corsica è stato molto diverso e molto meno avventuroso del primo. La mattina, visto che i workshop iniziavano il giorno dopo, ce la siamo presa comoda. Colazione e chiacchere col nostro "padrone di casa" (un vero còrso per fortuna), all'Hotel "Punta e Mare",  con sottofondo di musica tradizionale (il mattino dopo ci ha messo gli Arcusgi, visto che non potevamo andare al loro concerto la sera poiché troppo lontano). E poi l'unico viaggio in auto di tutto il giorno: pochi minuti verso la spiaggia di Peru, dove abbiamo trascorso un vero mattino vacanziero!

Our second day under the sky of Corsica was very different and much less adventurous than the first. The next morning, as the workshops began the next day, there we comfortable grip. Breakfast and a chat with our "landlord" (a true Corsican thankfully), at the Hotel "Punta e Mare", with traditional music in the background (in the morning gave us the Arcusgi, since we could not go to their concert in the evening because it was too far away). And then the only journey in all day car: few minutes to the beach of Peru, where we spent a great holiday morning!

Il resto del giorno si è speso in relax! La sera poi siamo stati, anzi tornati "Chez Mimino" il ristorante dove per pura coincidenza avevamo cenato anche l'anno passato, durante la nostra breve visita di Carhjese, la Greca! Abbiamo mangiato molto meglio (per me pizza provenzale, per Marco rana pescatrice con insalata thai) ed è stata una festa divertente e molto semplice. Abbiamo stretto conoscenza con persone del posto e questo è sempre bello, soprattutto riscoprire come il Mediterraneo ci accomuna tutti! La musica poi era ottima con il SoSwing Trio (anche s epoi erano in quattro, ottimi musicisti ma... in Corsica è incredibile quanti chitarristi eccezionali ci sono! WOW) ma anche bravissimi ballerini... Tutti i nostri insegnanti soprattutto: Arnaud  and Elsa , Cyrille and Oksana, Fannie , Laurent , Sax and Ale (gli ultimi due italiani trasferiti a Montpellier, insegnanti di vintage dance a Bruxelles... ari-wow!)

The rest of the day was spent relaxing! In the evening we were, indeed returned "Chez Mimino" restaurant where by coincidence we also dined in the past year, during our brief visit to Carhjese, the Greek! We ate much better (for me Provençal pizza, Marco monkfish with thai salad) and it was a fun party, and very simple. We closely acquainted with the local people and that's always nice, especially to rediscover how the Mediterranean unites us all! The music then was great with SoSwing Trio (also s epoi were four excellent musicians ... but in Corsica it's amazing how many there are exceptional guitarists! WOW) but also talented dancers ... All our teachers especially: Arnaud and Elsa, Cyrille and Oksana, Fannie, Laurent, Sax and Ale (the last two Italians moved to Montpellier, teachers vintage dance in Brussels ... ark-wow!)

 Prima però ci facciamo belle per la festa, e facciamo i francesi davanti all'obiettivo con risultati abbastanza comici!

Poi noi due abbiamo fatto una piccola pausa, non potevamo perdere il nostro secondo tramonto a Carghjese!
