 Il mondo in cui siamo immersi (per nostra sfortuna) ricorda sempre più il vecchio west, ma non è solo per questo che, qualche tempo fa, abbiamo reso omaggio alla vecchia, polverosa frontiera con un video "MAD SIX SHOOTER"  (musica originale+immagini raccolte, come funghi, in giro per il web), diciamolo.. le pistolere sono creature affascinanti e stilose che, se non indossano attillatissimi completi da cow girls o nerissimi  e severi abiti da baro, sono avvolte in lunghi e polverosi abiti vittoriani, con tanto di stivaletti stringati altrettanto polverosi. Sembra ( letto su Gioia!) che anche nella nuova stagione continuerà, il western, ad ispirare, esattamente come ha fatto questo inverno (mettendosi in mezzo e unendo le varie tendenze, anni'70, boho e vittoriano, appunto). Ma, sembra anche, che questa nuova ispirazione western si rifarà alla stile RODEO in chiave Las Vegas. 

Detto tra noi lo stile che ruota intorno ai rodei americani a me non è mai piaciuto molto: più lustrini metti sulle cuciture (io sono per il glitter libero!), più aumenta la decadenza dell'Impero Americano che, diciamolo, oggi è arrivata (la decadenza) a dei picchi elevatissimi e preoccupanti, visto che se il tutto crollerà dovremmo, con le buone o con le cattive, sprofondare con essi. Ma qui parliamo di moda, che è... meglio!!!

Den verden, vi er nedsænket (til vores bestyrtelse) husker altid det gamle vest, men det er ikke den eneste grund til, for nogen tid siden, vi hyldede den gamle, støvede grænse med en video "MAD SIX shooter" (original musik + billeder indsamlet, som svampe, over hele internettet), lad os se det i øjnene .. Legend of Frenchie konge er fascinerende væsner og stilfulde, hvis ikke bære komplet stramtsiddende fra ko piger og svære eller meget sorte kjoler snyder, er pakket ind i lange og støvede victorianske tøj, komplet med lige så støvede snørestøvler. Det synes (læs om Joy!), At selv i den nye sæson vil fortsætte, den vestlige, at inspirere, lige som det gjorde denne vinter (sætte sig i mellem og forbinder forskellige tendenser, 70'erne, boho, viktoriansk, faktisk). Men det synes også, at denne nye western-inspirerede stil vil være tilbage til RODEO i key Las Vegas.
Mellem dig og den stil, der kredser om de amerikanske rodeo til mig har aldrig haft flere pailletter sat på sømmene (jeg er gratis glitter!), Jo større dekadence amerikaner, der, lad os se det i øjnene, har vi ankom i dag ( nedgangen) til de højeste tinder og bekymrende, da det hele vil bryde sammen, hvis vi skal, ved krog eller skurk, at synke med dem. Men her taler vi om mode, hvilket er ... bedre !!!

Niente squaw o Calamity Jane? Peccato, perchè, se si parla di west, sono i due stili che prediligo e con cui mi sento più in sintonia. Proprio ieri sera ne ho visto un bellissimo esempio in un film danese, che vi consiglio di andare a recuperare (se vi piace il cinema e lo stile western). THE SALVATION, lo trovate su CINEBLOG1 in italiano. Un film essenziale, senza una parola o un sentimento di troppo. Un film duro, che racconta le vicende di alcuni danesi, immigrati negli Stati Uniti dopo la seconda guerra dello Schleswig -e relativa sconfitta da parte della Danimarca- (si, insomma questi sono i tempi di Ludwig e dell'Imperatrice Sissi, in piena era vittoriana), tempi in cui il petrolio non era ancora un motivo per fare delle guerre internazionali, ma era già un buon motivo per rendere la vita più amara ai coloni. Interpreti del film: il mitico Mads "lacrima cristi" Mikkelsen, Johnatan Pryce, Eric Cantona e la divina e (sempre) goticissima Eva Green... Potevo non dedicare a questo film almeno un post?

Intet Squaw eller Calamity Jane? Ærgerligt, fordi når det kommer til vest, er de to stilarter, jeg elsker og med hvem jeg føler mig mere i harmoni. Bare i går aftes så jeg et smukt eksempel på en dansk film, skal jeg gå til at inddrive (hvis du kan lide biograf og vestlig stil). Frelsens, kan findes på CINEBLOG1 på italiensk. En væsentlig film, uden et ord eller en følelse også. En hård film, som fortæller historier om nogle danskere, indvandrere i USA efter Anden Verdenskrig i Slesvig-og nederlag af Danmark-(ja, kort sagt, det er de tider af Ludwig og kejserinde Sissi, var i fuld Victorian), en tid, hvor olie var stadig ikke en grund til at foretage internationale krige, men det var allerede en god grund til at gøre den bitre liv bosættere. fortolkere af filmen: de mytiske Mads "tåre Krister" Mikkelsen, Jonathan Pryce, Eric Cantona og guddommelige, og (altid) goticissima Eva Green ... Jeg kunne ikke afsætte til denne film mindst et indlæg?

Ma per tornare all'attualità e alla frivolezza della moda , ecco alcune borse ispirate a Las Vegas e alle sue scie di frange, lustrini e pellami colorati...

omaggio a "Penny Dreadful"

Come  qualsiasi   creatura tendente alla melanconia e al cercare riparo nella penombra ho sempre trovato affascinante l'epoca il cui l'Inghilterra scoprì lo sfruttamento minorile e il fumo delle ciminiere, il meraviglioso e rassicurante regno della Regina Vittoria. L'epoca del Gotich Revival, di vite in fermento (basta pensare a Charles Dickens, bambino sfruttato in fabbrica, che poi diventa perfetto  narratore di altre  infanzie terribili e desolanti), di sale da té frequentate da mezzi guanti di pizzo, borsette di velluti cangianti, scialli di seta indiana e porcellane, così eleganti e delicate da esigere, per non andare in frantumi,  latte nel té... E fuori da quei cristalli ancora fermento di fumatori e trafficanti di oppio, creature diafane ispiratrici di pittori come William Hunt, Dante Gabriele Rossetti, John Everett Millais, William Morris, e ancora colorate prostitute figlie legittime della rivoluzione industriale e socialisti in incognito, mescolati a ribelli irlandesi e ferrovieri..

Epoca luminosa e oscura, ipocrita e decadente, perfetta preparazione a quella che sarà poi la Belle Epoque, che poi, a sua volta,  sfocierà nell'apoteosi della macelleria sociale: la Grande Guerra,  per soddisfare l'annoiata e stantia nobiltà europea, ma soprattutto dare nuova linfa vitale all'industria pesante e alla moda (ovviamente).

Con questi presupposti non potevo non appassionarmi a una serie tv ,forse la produzione più gotica degli ultimi decenni,  che fa una ricostruzione dell'epoca vittoriana che rasenta la perfezione.

Un'incontro pericoloso tra i personaggi più famosi e oscuri di quella letteratura horror che prende vita proprio in un epoca di paura e curiosità verso il  progresso, ingiustizie sociali, decadentismo, ricerca assoluta della bellezza,  e scoperte scientifiche più o meno rivoluzionarie.

Vampiri, creature immortali,  licantropi, streghe e medium (ecco, le medium... diffusissime, quasi quanto le prostitute e gli orfani giudiziari, nelle vie sudicie della Londra vittoriana), ma anche esploratori e filantropi edonisti... questi sono alcuni dei protagonisti di Penny Dreadful.

Penny Dreadful prende spunto e nome da  pubblicazioni settimanali in uso in Inghilterra nel XIX, di genere molto spesso horror (all'epoca in Francia usava il feulleton, che dette notorietà ai Tre Moschettieri e altri famosi romanzi di Dumas padre, in Italia c'erano invece i romanzi d'appendice, ma non sono così degni di nota. In Italia infatti la letteratura pop è sempre stata legata all'estero, soprattutto alla Francia).

Produced by Sam Mendes (director of 007 with Daniel Craig) and with a star-studded cast and prepared. Starting from the former 007 Timothy Dalton, the two pop star Billie Piper and Reeve Carney, Johs Hartnett .. but all she shines, very dark and very bright at the same time Eva Green.

Giustamente snobbata dalle fashioniste, in favore delle solite bisteccone americane. Brillava di luce propria (come sempre, dai tempi in cui interpretava Vesper in Casino Royale, e non potete immaginare quanto io abbia odiato Venezia, e pianto per lei, una delle Bond Girl più affascinati e sfortunate di tutti i tempi) in Elie Saab. Snobbata anche dalla giuria, segno che certi temi sono ancora elitari, e anche questo mi gonfia d'orgoglio, anche se spesso soffio come un felino rabbioso per la stupidità dilangante (ma questa è solo la mia impressione, non conta assolutamente niente; buon godimento ai vincitori!) ma adorata dal pubblico di Penny Dreadful, in cui gioca una parte davvero difficile, impegnativa.. che ci vorrei proprio vedere un'Alba Rohrwacher a caso, per vedere se riesce lo stesso ad essere credibile, dannata e soprattutto mai patetica.

Rightly snubbed by fashionistas, in favor of the usual American steaks. Shining light (as always, the times in which he played Vesper in Casino Royale, and you can not imagine how much I hated Venice, and cried for her, one of the most fascinating and unfortunate Bond Girl of all time) in Elie Saab. Also snubbed by the jury, some sign that some  themes still elitist, and even that I swell with pride, even if often breath like a rabid cat for stupidity dilangante (but this is just my impression, does not count anything; good enjoyment to the winners!) but adored by the public of Penny Dreadful, in which he plays a really hard part, challenging .. I'd really like to see an Alba Rohrwacher randomly, to see if he himself to be credible, especially en damn never pathetic .

Insomma, in poche settimane, ci siamo divorati le prime due serie. La terza arriva a maggio e già non vediamo l'ora di vederla in lingua originale (la voce di Eva Green merita di stancare gli occhi coi sottotitoli!) e di sentirci di nuovo a casa, perchè la sensazione più forte che questa serie Tv mi ha regalato è stata proprio quella che più cerco, il tepore domestico che solo un romanzo gotico può darmi, la rassicurante e gelida carezza di un non-morto, il piacere dell'arte della conversazione (starei ora ad ascoltare Miss Ives e Mister Clare, qualsiasi cosa dicono: loro praticano un'arte perduta). Ecco il perchè di questo mio piccolo (e, haimè, patetico) omaggio, inventato e trasformato in immagini dopo una notte davvero agitata, grazie a uno dei miei terribili mal di testa. Questo è il risultato, lo dedico alle atmosfere che amo e a una blogger speciale, BabyRedVamp che, ancora una volta, è stata portatrice di ottimi consigli!

In short, in a few weeks, we devoured the first two series. The third comes in May and we are already looking forward to seeing her in the original language (the voice of Eva Green deserves to ease eye strain with subtitles!) And to feel at home again, because the strongest feeling that this TV series IIt gave was the one that the more I try, the warmth that only a pet can give me gothic novel, the reassuring and cold caress of undead, the pleasure of the art of conversation (stand now to hear Miss Ives and Mr. Clare, whatever they say, they practice a lost art). That's why this my little (and, ahem, pathetic) homage, invented and turned into images after a night really upset, thanks to one of my terrible headache. This is the result, I dedicate it to the atmosphere that I love and a special blogger, BabyRedVamp that, once again, was the bearer of great advice!

 Alla fine con tutto questo ego in mostra, anche il mal di testa è andato via ma...

il mostro che è in me ha, giustamente, trionfato!
