Two Sundays ago, returning from Pisa, after a good dinner at the Indian restaurant and a morning tour of lukewarm Arno river and Museum of Graphic (it was the last day to visit the exhibition "We are of the Cat" obviously dedicated to our friends cats!) , we could not resist the temptation to stop at Le Bontà, the best bakery in Lucca.
The cake we made was so good that I could not dedicate a post and a few photos.

Davvero una torta indimenticabile!
A base of crisp pastry not too sweet on which rested a light base of toffee and chocolate balls, departed from here turrets hazelnut and salted caramel, and triumphed over all macarons strawberry and lemon, really amazing ...
Truly a memorable cake! Eating it was a real journey in taste!
